Package Options
Wandering Handler:
Perfect for Renaissance Faires and similar events-
Have a trained animal handler (or multiple!) walk around your event with a critter while interacting with guests for a safe and educational experience that will be sure to excite all ages.
No booth needed!
Choose between display only or hands on for guests.
Up to 5 handlers - $125/hour for the first handler and $75/hr per additional handler + Travel fee
10x10 Booths
• Mini (5 critters): $325 first hour, +$150/hr
• Plus (10 critters): $425 first hour, +$175/hr
10x20 Booths
• Showcase (10 critters + optional Museum-to-You display): $475 first hour, +$200/hr
• Deluxe (15 critters + optional Museum-to-You display): $575 first hour, +$225/hr
• Ultimate (20 critters + optional Museum-to-You display): $725 first hour, +$250/hr

Discounts Available:
Hosts can help reduce costs (up to $100/hr) by allowing:

-Table(s) and (if outside) tent provided (-$25/hr)

Deposit policy:

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Remaining balance is due prior to setup on the day of the event.

If the event is canceled by the host, the deposit is forfeited. In some cases, we may be able to transfer the deposit toward a future event date at our discretion.

We strongly prefer indoor, climate-controlled events for the safety and comfort of both guests and animals.

Outdoor events are weather permitting and can only be guaranteed when temperatures are expected to remain between 65–80°F with no significant rain or high winds forecasted.

If unsafe weather conditions are forecasted and no suitable indoor option is available, Tori’s Critters LLC reserves the right to cancel outdoor appearances for animal safety.

If we must cancel due to weather-related safety concerns while the host chooses to continue the event outdoors, 75% of the deposit will be refunded within 7 business days. The remaining portion covers scheduling, administrative, and preparation costs already incurred.
