I apologize as this was supposed to go live last week. Oops!
This year we are taking a preemptive strike when it comes to Christmas Critters (pets purchased as presents).
We understand mistakes happen and sometimes people get animals as gifts only to realize they've taken on more than they can handle or the household circumstances have changed.
We are here to help.
Please contact us if you:
1. Have any husbandry questions on your new pet (like cage, diet or enrichment needs).
2. If you need additional supplies for cheaper than a petstore (we know where to send you for affordable food and supplies).
3. If you can no longer keep your new pet and need to safely rehome them (we will do our best to help you find a safe, permanent home)
We will do our best to help any pet owner, no matter what species, no matter what you need or what your circumstances.
We are here to help, never to judge. The animals safety is always our #1 concern.
We mostly help with anything other than cats, dogs or livestock but we CAN give you options for them if you need help.
Reptiles, invertebrates, birds, fish, small mammals are the animals we are most helpful with as they are the ones we deal with on a regular basis.
Please, never EVER release a pet into the wild. If you are ever in this desperate of a situation, CONTACT US ASAP. We will take your animal in, no questions asked, no surrender fee, no judgement.
Feel free to contact us via email, phone or Facebook
